Kazakhstan to continue government modernization through year-end - Tokayev

ASTANA. Aug 28 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan will continue systematically modernizing state and public institutions through the end of the year, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev said Friday.
