ASTANA. Sept 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Interior ministers from the Organization of Turkic States agreed to step up cooperation against transnational organized crime, extremism and terrorism at talks in Astana, pointing to a growing need for direct law enforcement coordination as criminal networks increasingly operate across borders.
