ASTANA. Sept 11 (Interfax-Kazakhstan) — Kazakhstan will resume enforcement proceedings to collect 2.3 trillion tenge from the Kashagan field operator, North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC), once case materials are returned from a specialized administrative court in Atyrau Region, a Justice Ministry official said.
