Kazakhstan's Qazag Bitum may build gasoline upgrading plant in Kyrgyzstan for $350 mln - authorities

BISHKEK. Sept 11 (Interfax) - Kazakh bitumen producer Qazag Bitum Processing plans to build an industrial complex for upgrading gasoline and diesel fraction in Kyrgyzstan's Talas region, the Kyrgyz president's press service said on Friday.
